Shipping policy
-Orders are processed and shipped out in 8 to 10 business days. (Does not include shipping time) This is because most items are made to order and mostly everything is handmade. This ensures that I am providing only the BEST quality items to you while also maintaining proper packaging.
You can't rush quality. I am also a one woman show and truly appreciate your patience with me!
-Discount codes cannot be combined unless offered as a sale (already applied) on the website.
GLASS STRAW DISCLAIMER:
glass straws are used as an alternative to plastic and are sold here solely for that purpose. I am not responsible or liable for ingestion of broken glass due to your failure to see that the straw is broken prior to your use.
All of our straws are checked and double checked to ensure there are no manufacturer or design defects prior to being wrapped for shipping. No straws are ever shipped broken. If a glass straw arrives to you broken due to the shipping process, I am always willing to replace them—please do not attempt to use a broken straw for drink consumption. I am not held liable or responsible due to these reasons and this is a warning to you of the potential risks associated with using glass straws.
I am not responsible for the package once it is shipped. Please refer to tracking information via email correspondence for tracking numbers and carrier; You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly, should any issues arise. I am not responsible for lost packages. Please feel free to always reach out to me (Kim) by email (Lailamandco@gmail.com) should any issues arise during shipment process. I will always try my best to assist in any way that I can!
-All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.
- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. If package is returned to sender (me) due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. If customer requests re-ship, customer will pay for the cost of the re-ship.
- I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once I give the package to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to emailing me about your order.
- I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact me at lailamandco@gmail.com with a photo and the order number, and we will compromise on a final decision for replacement and/or refund!
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent to the email or phone number on file (inputted when you placed your order) when your order is processed and ready for shipping. Please check spam folder if you feel you did not receive a tracking email.
International Orders
If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States of America), customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees that may arise. This includes VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package upon arrival because (tax and duty) fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given. Order refund may be given if the package is received as ‘return to sender’ back to me.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
